For buyers: Check the seller's profile: reviews and how long they've been a member. Ask for a tracking number for the shipment. Take a photo of the package right after opening.

For sellers: Take a photo of the product and package before sending. Use a trackable shipping method (Posti, Matkahuolto). Agree on shipping method and price in messages beforehand.
